The Lounge is a newly renovated property and offers the best of both worlds with charming character combined with high end, modern touches. On the main floor you will find the two bedrooms, a full bath, and pull-out memory foam mattress in the living room offers plenty of space to spread out. The location is ideal for enjoying some of the best dining, drinks and entertainment Sioux Falls has to offer with just a short trip to downtown. If you'd rather stay in, the 86" Smart TV gives an "In Home Theater" feel to movie night or take your best shot with the indoor putting green. The backyard is in a private, fenced in neighborhood nook and offers outdoor seating to enjoy time with company and unwind.
