This house was the perfect place for our group of 9…plenty of options for sleeping and plenty of space for just hanging out! Pretty coastal vibe throughout the home and a variety of games and books for guests to enjoy… The neighborhood is so quiet, yet just a quick drive from anything you might want—-shopping, dining, entertainment. Matt is a top notch host and provided all information for our stay in direct messages to me, making it easy to find when checking in and checking out. Will definitely return if the opportunity arises and definitely recommend to those that prefer the coziness of a home over a hotel.

Mathew is awesome. He was very accommodating during our stay. It is very close to the hospital but you do not hear emergency vehicles all night. The yard is completely fenced and well cared for. We could use the garage and that made things easy for us too. The shower is pretty good and is a handheld. He was very responsive and takes care of business right away. That said we didn’t have any real issues. The dogs give it 5 stars too. We would definitely stay here again. The neighbors are nice too. Good neighborhood and they all look out for each other. We felt right at home.

Cute & cozy house in a quiet neighborhood. It was enjoyable to sit outside on the deck or inside where it was cool on the hot days! The home was very comfortable. Matthew is a great host ! We appreciated we were able to check in early!

This house held a lot of people! The fenced in yard worked well for our toddler and dogs! There was also plenty of room for having family over! It was a very nice space that worked really well for us!

We couldn't have had a better experience than staying here. The TV was like watching a movie at the theater and the hot tub was definitely a perfect way to end a long and stressful day. Matthew was probably one of the best host we could have ask for. Took care of us like family and didn't hesitate for nothing. When we had questions he always responded promptly and helped anyway he could. Definitely would recommend Matthew's listing to all my friends and family. We will be staying again when back in town!!! Pick this one you won't be disappointed!!!

Great place to stay in Sioux Falls, house was exactly described, gave us a heads up when the fridge wasn't working but also had another fridge for us, Great communication!

This was the perfect place for our grandson's wedding and the groom’s family picnic. It accommodated all of us perfectly. Matt was so very helpful as this was my first time reserving an airbnb so I had lots of questions.

Beautiful well kept home. Squeaky clean. Super comfy. Jacuzzi was super toasty and just what I needed after 3 days in the car crossing the country. My dog LOVED the grassy fenced in yard. Thanks again!!!

Had such an amazing time while we were in Sioux Falls! The house was the perfect size for all 9 of us, and had a nice backyard and patio for enjoying the nice weather! Matthew was the best! Very prompt and responsive and answered all questions we had. Definitely recommend!!

Beautiful house in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Nice big backyard. Plenty of space for our family. We felt right at home, very cozy. Perfect house to stay at while traveling through the area. Would stay again.
